RESERVATION RULES

The reservation must be confirmed by a deposit equal at the 30% of the total amount, to effect by Bank or by Credit Card.
The confirmation by deposit must reach 7 days before the arrival’s date, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
We recommend to send a copy of the deposit by fax at the number: +39 0783370040 with the period booked.
In case of cancellation, will be given back:
- 100%, if the cancellation happen at least 30 days before the date of the arrival;
- 50%, if the cancellation happen at least 15 days before the date of the arrival;
-no refundment under 15 days.
