The cuisine offers dishes of the local gastronomy with recipes from the fishermen's world. The "burrida of razza" made in the cabrarese way, the "merca", typical dish made with the lagoon "muggine" fish, the bottarga, the fregola with local clams, the otziadas.
The wonderful food can be enjoyed in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, where everything has a Sardinian mark or, else, outside in the porch, surrounded by the garden and trees and under the moon light.
